Document Management Conundrum

Hi,

In M3CE we have IDM and are using it for M3 Documents and documents related to M3 objects (customer tax certificates, Item ISO9xxx Quality documents)


We also have Docuware (On-Premise Edition) which we use for non M3 documents (HR, International etc.). We also have an AP automation workflow in Docuware for coding invoices but not updating M3 directly.


To update Docuware to Cloud edition is more than double the current cost. I also don't  Read more...like having two document management systems.


I would appreciate some feedback from the community on what you are doing.
