Rounding differences

What settings should be checked if we are seeing rounding differences between the inventory GL posting (2 decimals) and inventory value in CAS530 (4 decimals)?

Hello Matthew,
There is a ticket with Infor: CS0428447 that might be helpful
This is worked as design. We are always using six decimal places for average cost. It is the same total regardless of the decimals used in MMS003 because we always treat average cost as six decimals. So the calculated total will always based with six decimals.

The logic behind CAS530 is that the total amount in CAS530 is derived from the decimal places set in MNS100, which also represents the  Read more...total amount for accounting type 910 for the item. On the other hand, the cost price is determined by MMS003. We do not recommend altering MNS100, as the system is functioning as designed. As an alternative, you could adjust the decimal places in MMS003 to match those in MNS100.
Hope this helps,

Yes - the CAS530 is rounded to 4 decimal places. GL is rounding to 2. When reconciling manually on a daily basis we are getting overall reconciliation differences.
BC:
Is the issue is that CAS530 has rounding differences compared to the inventory GL when reconciling?
