We release proposals straight out of PPS170 if that is what you mean. The process works great IF AND ONLY IF your items are all configured precisely. If you have doubts about procurement transactions spawning and routing how you'd like, then I'd not jump into proposal processing too quickly.

We have a huge item catalogue with a lot of paths to fulfillment (too many).
