Work Orders in MOS100 keeping a locked status of 42,62,72 since moving to Multi Tenant Cloud

Hi all! We have another weird issue that we have been experiencing since moving to multi tenant cloud from single tenant cloud. Work orders in MOS100 seem to retain the change in process status such as 42,62,72 even though nobody is no longer in the order. Our operations teams know the unlock related option to clear the status but we can get into the hundreds in these statuses and it is very annoying for them. Occasionally we go through in the evening and unlock the orders but the next day it  Read more...slowly starts and continues to grow again. After validating our automations/updates etc. that run are not locking the orders I fear that it is users idling in the program overnight and their session being terminated eventually but I could be wrong. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution or root cause?  Show less...

Thanks Dean! We have an open case now running tests with Infor. I agree it is a simple fix. If we confirm that is the cause and they pass to development I will advise what they come back with just to spread the knowledge.

We experienced the same thing; we just click the unlock button in the related options and is all good. We have not nailed down the problem yet, but the fix is easy and not sure if we will ever find the cause. It probably is a timeout problem but can’t say for sure.

Thanks Scott! I think our panel sequence is all over the board but that is a good thought I will look into that. I would say it takes a month + to reach the level I am talking about thats when we usually go through and try and unlock a bunch of orders. I have a feeling then it is a timeout thing we just need to get our user base on board of closing out M3 at the end of the day. I do have an incident/case open looking for a root cause now I will provide an update if I get some good information  Read more...there. Show less...

Hi Ryan, we've experienced this same issue, however, I can't say that it's as often as you are describing. What panel sequence are you using? I ask, because I suspect that your users might leave open a panel in one of the later screens that might appear as though you are out of the order but might not be. In which case if left open and the system *times out*... would cause this issue I believe.
