Printing OIS605 Order Confirmation where MNS204 option 3 is selected for both MNS205 and CRS945 for OIS606PF.
I found some INFOR documentation that when in MNS204 the option 3 is selected for both MNS205 and CRS945 the job will search the partner-controlled setting. If it finds a match, a stream file will be produced for each document due to the unique destination. Then for all documents included in the print job it will be processed via the user-controlled settings. Unfortunately, only the partner controlled with the ! is present in MNS206 when both are selected. According to the INFOR documentation (M3 Administering documents and media training workbook) there should be two output records in MNS206 partner and user.

If we change the selection to 0 we receive the MNS205 email, when we select 1 we receive the CRS945 email however when select 3 only receive the CRS945 email. With option 3 we see both emails listed at the end of the XML in the MNS206 output however the output is only for the !Partner record not the user. It seems to be combining both partner and user in the MNS206 but only sends one email. In stream serve we see the emails but again on the partner email is being sent/received.

Multiple calls with INFOR, all set up appears to be correct however INFOR unable answer what/why and referred us to contact an INFOR partner for help.  Show less...
