Major Lag in M3 Cloud After Weekend Updates

Is anyone else experiencing major processing lag (all types of transactions) after the weekend monthly update? If was first noticed yesterday for us. Our finance lead was performing some transactions over the weekend while no one else was on and saw lag of over 10+ minutes more than usual. It's persisted into today.

Thank you Elise - this is good to know. We are in the North East, I wonder if it has to do with that server specifically. Do you know which server you are on?
I have heard reports of problems with H5 scripts not working. I don't know if it might be related to your issue.
Going off of John's comment - there is a "Known Customer Impact Issues" KB article that Infor updates to inform when there are new issues with M3 Cloud. There is a description for the H5 issue John mentioned in the KB article. Here's the link:

We're on the eastern one, pretty sure. And I should specify--we've been dealing with lag since the overall OS & H5 update. They have LOTS of little things they're working on fixing. There's a KB for that one, too, with a rough plan on when certain fixes are slated to be pushed. This maintenance, they fixed at least one memory leak, but agree that the H5 API script problem is the big one this time. If users are complaining about lag time doing normal system functions unrelated to customizations, I'd recommend having them clear cache and log in & out, just in case there's something gumming up the works after the maintenance. Show less...
Thank you Patrick and Elise. Unfortunately, I think our issue is unique. Everything is not just minor complaint slow, but is 'I can't do my job' slow. And this only started after this weekend. I've opened a support ticket with Infor and am working on providing them the necessary logs so that they can attempt to help
