We are preparing for our migration to MT Cloud Distribution Enterprise. In our training for cloud we have found that there are no training materials around MCOs, what they are, and how to use them. We rely heavily on MCOs in our on-prem solution, using MCOs and services to drive work orders. We only know what we know, so I would like to talk with someone to see how they are using MCOS and if there is something new that we can glean.

From a quick search of my saved documentation, I'd recommend checking out the Service Agreement Workbench EDA if you haven't already. Might be a good place to poke around! If you don't have it, I think you can download the package from marketplace, and it has instructions on installation.
