Does anyone have tips for Experience Designer and assortments?

Hello! I am admittedly a rookie when it comes to Experience Designer, but I have been going through the training on Infor U and have a pretty good start building a customer overview program. One of the requirements we have is to have a listing of items that the customer orders. I have tried every which way I can think of to pull in the assortment using the CRS105MI API and have had no luck. I am pulling in the POPN alias number field from the customer master to use as the assortment number for  Read more...those cases where we're using business chains but associating that number with the ASCD field doesn't seem to do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to accomplish this? Thank you! Show less...

Are you able to create an information category in CMS010 that will pull together all of the information? If so, you can create a view over the information category and then use CMS015 to create a CMS100MI API transaction. CMS100MI is fairly slow, but it should be fine for pulling back records in an interactive fashion. If you'd like to work through it together, PM me and we can have a Teams call.
Hi John - Thank you for the feedback. I have tried using CMS010. I keep running into a strange issue where when I click on a customer in the IndexList, the values won't populate. But then when I click on a different customer in the list, the data from the previous customer will pull in. I thought maybe it was because the API is slow but it doesn't seem to matter how long I wait, the fields won't pull in until I change customers. I'm also struggling to figure out which table to use as the  Read more...primary. It seems like no matter which one I choose, there is a key missing to bridge the gap.

A Teams call would be great if you don't mind. I will message you next week to set up a time. Thank you! Show less...
Hi Jim. That would be fine. Full disclosure, I haven't used Experience Designer, but I do work extensively with CMS010, CMS015, and CMS100MI.
other random thing: check out the April release notes. There are a BUNCH of updates coming for Experience Designer. I think one of them may be related to your values updating when a new record is selected.
