Anyone successful using Payer in the Trade Agreement module?

We have some rebates and commissions that have over 50 customers. I wanted to use the Payer to cut this list down, but when it comes to settling, it seems the process doesn't work.

We use CaptivateIQ for our commissions, but still accrue in M3 for the total payout for our GL.
