ER to split invoice specification job by facility

I would like to ask for your endorsement on ER 106450 for MT Cloud. In our on-prem solution, we have modified COS900 to allow multiple ASJ jobs to be created that will filter by facility. This allows for multiple invoices specification jobs to be run simultaneously without conflicting with each other. By doing this, we are able to move orders through the system faster instead of a low volume facility waiting on the orders for a high volume one.

@loringkaveney that was my plan. They suggested trying the IMQ setting that is available in MNS051. It allows for the dynamic addition and deletion of threads of a given job. The problem that I have, won't be solved by this. The example is that facility 1 drops 100 orders for invoice specification. Then facility 2 invoices one order. The one order for facility 2 must wait until th 100 orders from facility 1 are completed.

I did find that COS900 has a filter allowed by warehouse, but I don't think it works for what I need. Show less...
