Steve, I agree 100%, Testing is rather ignored or less focused stream in any transformational project. It plays a crucial role in upgrades as well as maintenance on MT cloud, reason being bug fixes released every month as well as features bi-annually. Business users need to put in lot of efforts after go live also to test these. In Short, It stinks...Testing product that has been in use for years, pretty mundane,,,but necessary in this upgrade world.
