In Short, It stinks...Testing product that has been in use for years, pretty mundane,,,but necessary in this upgrade world.

Steve, I agree 100%, Testing is rather ignored or less focused stream in any transformational project. It plays a crucial role in upgrades as well as maintenance on MT cloud, reason being bug fixes released every month as well as features bi-annually. Business users need to put in lot of efforts after go live also to test these.
