How are you tracking status of workflows (i.e. what step it's on in the flow and what has been completed already)? Are there specific API calls which can be made? We used to use the ION Tables for on Prem, but obviously we don't necessarily have that access in MT. Any inputs are appreciated.

M3 Customer days to pay:
We are looking to reset the Average credit days for customers. Based on what we see it appears the credit days calculates from the Day 1 of a customers invoice life. We would like to have this data based on 12 -24 months
