Is anyone using GenAI successfully?

Just thought it might be beneficial to start a discussion about GenAI and see if anyone is seeing the same problems I am and maybe share experiences or suggestions.

I have been playing with GenAI and asking it questions about how to accomplish things in M3 just to see how accurate it is. Every time it returns answers with program numbers and names that are wrong or do not even exist. To see what would happen, I corrected it and told GenAI its answer was wrong. In the prompt it  Read more...generated from that, it says to provide a response without making up program names Return ONLY accurate information about M3 programs and configuration and do NOT make assumptions about program names. So apparently you have to tell it not to make things up? It still continued to return inaccurate information. Like it told me to use PPS001 to setup Supplier pricing and that MMS100 was the Warehouse. Connect Item program.

I made sure to specify that I am using M3 Could and provide it as much detail as possible, but I have yet to receive anything resembling a correct answer. Anybody else seeing similar results and feeling very discouraged about this new feature? Show less...

How are you tracking status of workflows (i.e. what step it's on in the flow and what has been completed already)? Are there specific API calls which can be made? We used to use the ION Tables for on Prem, but obviously we don't necessarily have that access in MT. Any inputs are appreciated.
