Enhancement requests are a key tool for Infor customers to impact the functionality that is included in M3. It is also a vital tool for those making the move to MT Cloud to get functions that are provided by a modification in an on-premises solution added to the cloud prior to designing their solution.

In this call we will have a brief overview of the ER system and how to create an enhancement request. We will then open up the discussion for anyone who would like to solicit support for enhancement requests that they already have in the system.
