 M3UGA Fall User Group Meeting 2024 in Kansas City, Kansas

Where:  Kansas City at the Overland Park Convention Center.

Hotel is Sheraton at OPCC.  We have a limited number of rooms blocked with special pricing. 

Dates: October 30th and 31st (welcome reception and set up 29th)

Sponsorship Package:

$2300 Per exhibition spot (8ft tabletop). 2 Attendees allowed per sponsorship. Additional attendees $500 per person.

Table location choice is on First Come paid basis. Maximum of two spots per sponsor ($2300 each spot)

• Sponsor logo on opening slides of event
• Printed/digital event attendee list
• One exhibition space provided
• Name listed on banner-signage during event
• Two complimentary passes to the event
• Five minutes on stage to introduce your organization
• Signage in main area during welcome reception
• Admission to all Open Meetings/training
• Admission to Welcome reception
• Admission to Dinner/Event on main night.

The exhibition area for sponsors will be a Tabletop display and pop up behind the table. All other set-ups must be approved in writing.

**NOTE: The emphasis for the fall meeting will be user experience. Sessions are still in review by the board. If a session is approved that will include a sponsor, an additional charge of $500 will apply to the sponsor fee. If you have a 30- minute session/subject you are interested in presenting ( with a customer), please submit your ideas for approval to bhillman@agreserves.com or sbartlett@cgrproducts.com . You will not be billed until session is approved and you are notified.
